My funds haven’t arrived - what should I do?

If you’ve requested a draw and haven’t received your funds:

  1. Check your linked business bank account after 24–48 business hours.
  2. Ensure your bank account is active and accepts ACH transfers.
  3. If the funds still haven’t arrived, contact us at support@getloot.com or via the portal chat.

If there was an issue with your bank connection (e.g., account changed or Plaid disconnected), we'll notify you to update your information.
