My funds haven’t arrived - what should I do?
If you’ve requested a draw and haven’t received your funds:
- Check your linked business bank account after 24–48 business hours.
- Ensure your bank account is active and accepts ACH transfers.
- If the funds still haven’t arrived, contact us at support@getloot.com or via the portal chat.
If there was an issue with your bank connection (e.g., account changed or Plaid disconnected), we'll notify you to update your information.
