What happens if I miss a payment?
If you happen to miss a payment, we recommend covering it directly through the portal using the “Early Pay & Save” option, then selecting “Make an Additional Payment.” Alternatively, you can contact our team at success@getloot.com to set up an arrangement for your upcoming payments.
Please remember that if a payment is missed, your line of credit will be disabled. You will need to complete 3 consecutive weeks of successful payments before your account can be escalated to the Underwriting team to review the possibility of reactivating your credit line.
