What if I’m having trouble with Plaid?
Plaid issues are common and often easy to resolve:
- Wrong credentials: Make sure your login info is up-to-date.
- Bank not supported: If your institution isn’t on Plaid, upload your last 3 months of bank statements manually.
- Session expired: Try disconnecting and reconnecting your account.
