What if I’m having trouble with Plaid?

Plaid issues are common and often easy to resolve:

    • Wrong credentials: Please make sure your login information is up to date.
    • Bank not supported: If your institution isn’t supported by Plaid, we won’t be able to accept your application.
    • Session expired: Please try disconnecting and reconnecting your account.
