What is a factor rate?

A factor rate is a multiplier applied to the funding amount to calculate your total repayment. For example:

  • If you borrow $10,000 with a 1.1 factor rate, you’ll repay $11,000 in total.
  • Repayments are made through regular ACH debits according to your payment schedule.
